They'r kinda asking for it. If i could sit around talking about death all the time in a state of morbid unrest i'd be quite alarmed if people accepted it.

I don't care about how goths dress and so on. Goths aren't that different from punks in the aspect of looking and acting different than the mainstream herd of sheep off to slaughter. I cannot give them shit for looking different because I can't stand it myself when I walk by a group of preps and they comment and laugh because I don't wear abercrombie and fitch. Notice how preps only say shit when they outnumber you by quite a lot? real tough eh?

The thing that bugs me about them is that they have a love and romance for death. You mean to tell me that you and your girlfriend are going to commit suicide so that you can be together forever in death??? WTF is that? Is it good that people are killed? does it give em a hard-on or something? Anyone who has ever mourned the loss of a loved one or has been to the holocaust museum and touched that cold, dead, barbed wire knows that there is nothing romantic or fullfilling about death. It is serious and earth shattering to have to suffer through someone's death, how can anything like that be appealing?

And also, what the heck is with the fishnets and white face paint?

if death is as beautiful as birth, then we must be living in a Utopia. If you only wear fishnets and face paint because it "looks cool" you might be doing it for the wrong reason. Not trying to insult or anything

I just look at goth-death-rock-post-punks and batcave the original dark punk scenes, as punk in a basic sense, that tend to focus more on the beauty and humour of the dark, morbid, and errie things. Its not meant to be taken too seriously like the new-goth or black metal scenes.

Alot of these goth-punks original goths, have lyrically theme's about the end, death, depression, and so on because its a aspect of us that we ignore and fear and have one way thoughts about. They try to open their minds on it and embrace it more.

Through, art-poetry music, games, paintings, dress, lifestyle towards those things.

Its not all that serious too, i know some goths and they are really fun, outgoing and cool people.

check out bands like : birthday party, the cure, joy division, christian death, 45 grave, alien sex fiend, and bauhaus and sioux and the banshees

im not really into them, but they are okay.. kind cool, nice listen at the end of the day.

yeah man I just mean that you shouldn't wear them if only to look like a goth. If you wear them because you like em and you feel it is you then go for it.

and i wear them cos i like them im fully against ppl wearing them cos they want to be goth and just so you kno i like siouxsie and the banshees, the cure, alien sex fiend, and christian death. i've heard joy division but not the other two.i do like the bauhaus too. and i do kno about creatures the band that siouxsie and robert smith formed

and of course they are cool ppl they dont obsess and be completely gloomy and dark they have lighter sides and that's just certain ppl who go to dark and refuse to lighten up a little

and finally, thinking morbid thoughts are fun thank you!!!
besides it helps when greedily mourning for death
it makes good humor
