I've been wanting to go comping myself. When it gets really cold outside, that's when I like to go comping, it's quite miserable and I love it.

Music makes me happy and plays a big role in my life.
It is not 'my life' but it shapes my life.
I could live without it, I hope I never have to,
and living without it would devestate (sp?) me and I also wouldn't be the same as who I am now without it, but I would not go out and jump into the Niagara Falls if it was taken away.

Music is a big part of the whole self-realization/actualization of punk, but it isn't in my opinion THE part. I have actually thought a lot about this one. If you take a person who calls him/herself a punk and take away the music, the clothing, the piercings and tattoos, and stick him/her on a desert island, is the person still a punk? I say yes if s/he is in it for the right reasons.

Learn this lesson from the punk scene though: not everyone in the sweatty punk rock club is there for self improvement or to belong to something. Some of them are just drunken jackasses who wear weird clothes like you.
