Rebel Scum- The Dirty Works vs Christian right wing hatred

yea, there is a Full length documentary coming out on the band The Dirty Works from TN. Christians and right wing fundamentalist are totally offended by this band and will be more so by the documentary.

I really thought all the censorship bullshit had died out until I started a Scum Rock band in TN.
I don't hate Christians, of any religion, but they sure as hell hate me.
At a bar in Louisville KY the Dirty Works were scheduled to open for The Murder Junkies and the place got so many threatening phonecalls they canceled the show.
Band from all but one bar in their Home town The Dirty Works developed a following on the RD. in more accepting cities, however someone recently vandalized their van beyond use, spray painting hate symbols on it.
This Documentary will hopefully be out by the 1st of 09. Hopefully this will bring attention to the problems punk bands still have in the South.
