I think it became cool to hate america when the people became ignorant fools.
So, I'm not sure of the exact time, but I'd say sometime near or after the Declaration of Independance. |

I was guessing more around the 20th to 21st century... But truthfully, it all depends on who we elect. The more dumbasses we elect, the more people that hate us. The more intelligent/honest people we elect, the more we help out in the world, and thusly, the less people that hate us. During the Cold War we handled ourselves pretty well and even helped out, via peace talks with the U.S.S.R., with the end of the Berlin Wall. People didn't hate us much then, as far as I'm aware. |

OKay...its not that its 'cool' to hate America...i will make a point of saying i am NOT from America..so i hope anyone on this site who is..dont be offended by what i have to say...
America as a nation(and by that i mean the mass public..the little people who have no say)...is as innocent as any other nation...for christs sakes..the German nation was innocent in WW2..its the bloody governments that are doing the damage..and it is unfair that the actions of the government paint a picture for the whole nation..but it seems thats what always happens...
anyway..the American government has lied to its own people about many things to get support about going to war in Iraq...they have lied about alot of things...believe it or not...alot of the things that go on as a result of the american government..are NOT displayed on USA news channels...cuz the american government totally wants you to see the horrible consequences of everything their doing right? fortunately...other governments are more than willing to display soldiers brought home in boxes...and all the other shitty affects of the war...but you can find all the underground info you need to become more informed..go internet...wow i wrote alot..no one is going to read all of this..but if you actually took the time to read it all...go you! |

lol yea thats wierd huh. I dont like my cuntry but thats because I think what we have done and are doing to the world is pretty messed up and our current president is a complete idiot.
I dont get why a lot of people base their politics on other peoples politics especially when they dont know the political situation. Like a lot of people will look at big bands, not just punk bands, and take what they say and just because the band or anyone (movie star, etc) says it they totally back it up, for example what happened to lebanon after Israel attacked it and bombed the shiz out of it SOAD came out and spoke out against it and then all the sudden all the people that have nothing to due with it and dont even really know whats goin on come out and say how true it is and screw Israel and all this, and it just kinda pissed me off but i kinda forgot where i was going with this lol sry im high :D |
